What exactly gets sent when I use an AI tool?
Wispdf pulls the text out of your PDF on your device, and only that text is sent to our AI model, encrypted on the way. The file itself, with its images and hidden details, stays on your device. AI Form Filler goes further: the AI only sees the form's field labels, never the values you fill in.
Is my text used to train AI models?
No. Text you send to Wispdf's AI tools is never used to train models, ours or anyone else's.
How long do you keep my chats?
If you use AI without an account, chats are deleted after 24 hours. With an account, you choose how long chats are kept, and you can delete any chat at any time.
How many AI credits do I get?
Without an account, 1 AI task a day, on documents up to 20 pages. With a free account, 30 credits a day. Pro includes 1,500 credits a month. Bigger jobs, like generating a full document, use more credits than a quick question.
Can the AI make mistakes?
