Questions about pricing
What can I do for free?
Every core tool that runs on your device is free and unlimited, with no account: merge, split, rotate, compress, convert images, sign and more. You also get 2 server tasks a day, like PDF to Word, and 1 AI task a day. A free account raises that to 3 server tasks, 30 AI credits a day and 2 signature requests a month.
Why are some things paid?
Server conversions, AI and storage cost us money every time they run. Tools on your device don't, so they stay free.
What is the 7-Day Pass?
7 days of Pro for $9, paid once. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Do I need a card for the free week?
No. Pro is free for 7 days without a card. When the week ends, your account goes back to Free unless you choose a plan.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in your account and choose Cancel plan. One confirmation, no offers. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and we email a reminder before every charge.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final · try every free tool first. Cancel any time · no further charges: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
How does Team pricing work?
Team is priced per seat, from 2 seats: $11 a seat a month billed yearly, or $15 billed monthly. AI credits and storage are shared across the team.
