Questions about Create PDF Form

Is Create PDF Form free?
Create PDF Form is part of Pro and the 7-Day Pass. Pro costs $8.25 a month billed yearly ($99) or $12 billed monthly, and you can try it free for 7 days with no card. A 7-Day Pass is $9, paid once, and never renews.
Is my PDF uploaded when I create a form?
No. Create PDF Form builds your fillable form on your device, inside your browser, and the file is never uploaded. An optional AI assist is coming soon. When it opens, it will send the text, not the file, and only if you choose to use it. Without the assist, nothing leaves your device.
How do I make a PDF fillable?
Open Create PDF Form and choose your flat PDF. Place a text field wherever someone should type, a checkbox or radio buttons for choices, a dropdown for a fixed list, a date field and a signature field. Name each field, mark the required ones, then save the fillable PDF.
Which field types can I add?
Create PDF Form adds text fields, with an option for answers that wrap onto more lines, checkboxes, radio button groups, dropdowns with your own choices, date fields with a set date format, and empty signature fields. Each field gets a name and a label that screen readers announce, and you can mark any field as required.
Can I create a fillable form on a Mac or Windows PC?
Yes. Create PDF Form works in any modern browser on Mac, Windows, Linux and Chromebook, as well as iPhone, iPad and Android, with no app to install. Placing many fields is easiest with a mouse on a larger screen, so a computer is the most comfortable choice for building a long form.
How will people fill in the form I make?
Anyone you send it to can open it in Fill PDF Form on Wispdf and type their answers, free and with no account. Their answers stay on their own device. When they are done, they can sign it with Sign PDF and lock their answers with Flatten PDF, both of which are free and run in the browser.
