Refund policy
All sales are final
Wispdf's paid plans give you immediate access to digital services. Because of that, all payments for subscriptions, the 7-Day Pass and any other purchase are final and non-refundable, including for partly used periods, unused time after you cancel, and accounts closed for breaking our Terms of service.
Try before you pay
Every free tool is free with no card and no time limit, so you can check that Wispdf works for your files before you buy. The 7-Day Pass gives full Pro access for 7 days without any renewal.
Cancel any time, no further charges
Cancel from your account's billing page or from the link in any renewal email. You keep paid access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are never charged again. We remind you before every renewal: 3 days before a monthly renewal, and 30 and 7 days before a yearly renewal.
Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country that gives a legal right to cancel online purchases, you agree at checkout that your access starts immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once it does. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. Where the law requires a refund, we will provide one.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, email us within 30 days and we will correct it. These are corrections, not refunds.
Who handles payments
Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes all payments and is the party that would issue any refund the law requires or that Paddle grants under its own buyer terms.
